Just kidding.What we MEAN by BOOTCAMP is that is back to the basics style of fitness, generally hosted outdoors with MINIMAL equipment for MAXIMUM fitness. I will not YELL at you. I am here to inspire you and guide you through an intense workout! Bring a YOGA MAT with a CARRYING STRAP or BAG, BOTTLE OF WATER, and GOOD RUNNING SHOES!
This BootCamp Style class incorporates elements of CrossFit, Military Style Training, and Cardio Endurance!
Classes are $10. Class Cards accepted. First Class is free for all students. Classes are always free for private clients.

Small Group Personal Training Sessions
Change your reality. You can afford your own private, experienced, personal trainer. Monday and Thursday small group sessions (8 students max) at $10 per session. Iindividualized, body composition analysis, diet overview after class.

At Oahu Boot Camp, there are no dues, sign-up or membership fees. You choose to work out 1, 2 or 3 times a week and pay per session. We do ask that you commit to a month of work outs to get your body moving consistently and to see real change!
