Basic Training Fitness is for all fitness levels – whether you work out daily or haven’t worked out since high school. 

All activities are structured so that you can choose the appropriate intensity for your fitness level. Each class begins with a good stretch, followed by a workout that combines strength, ability, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility exercises. 

Fitness assessments (required) are performed at the beginning and end of every four weeks of following the program to gauge each person’s strength and speed improvement. 

Please bring running shoes, yoga mat, and a bottle of water to each class.

This BOOT CAMP style fitness taught by former Sergeant in the US Army Special Forces. This challenging workout is designed to give you some of the best cardio and strength training in Hawaii. Classes incorporate 20 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strength training followed by a brief stretch and cool down



 

 

Most of the boot camp-workouts are performed without weights, using only your body weight for resistance. Additionally, we combine a healthy eating plan to create a results based program that allows you to experience real results in only 4 weeks. Whether you are looking for a weight loss exercise program or just to kick start your fitness routine, our fitness boot camp program can help you reach your goals.

 

Program Philosophy

YOU ARE ACCOUNTABLE FOR YOUR OWN WELL BEING: This program is not for the commitment-phobes
! First, you have to commit to the program for 4 weeks. Whether you desire a 2, 3 or 4 day/week program, we will hold you to it by taking daily attendance before each workout. You are even held accountable for showing up on time. Additionally, you keeps track of what you are doing when you are not at the boot camp workout by logging into our online gym. Email reminders, tips and feedback is provided to help you stay on track and reach optimal results in just 4 short weeks.
